I accepted all agreements during the initial set up and then a day or 2 later it did an automatic update and reset the agreements. Now LG tech support couldn`t even figure this out to tell me to do this on my new LG tv which I have had for only 3 weeks. so periodically you will need to go back into this area and click to accept the agreements all over again.
This will continue to occur after every update to the tvs software.
If you do not accept the agreements it will not allow you to use the apps and smart functions of your tv.
